Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

  • United States: We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $6.99 will apply.

  • International: We ship worldwide from our partner facility in China. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, holidays, or unforeseen carrier issues. Tracking is available for all orders.

Customs & Import Taxes:
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:
Please contact us at cczhao66@163.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
